Description
A training and analytical center designed to enhance professionalism in procurement, assisting government agencies and businesses in the transition to an effective model where procurement is a part of a value added strategy or social service. The Center provides training for public and commercial purchasers (1000+ graduates), creates interactive services and conducts analytical research in procurement.

- 100+ organizations whose purchasers have been trained (Delta Vilmar, Into-Sana, Galnaftogaz, Naftogaz, DTEK, Boryspil International Airport, Ukrenergo, Ukrposhta, Ukrzaliznytsia, Energoatom and others)
- 10,000+ unique users per month of our digital purchasing tools
- 5 years of work with USAID, EBRD, Ukrenergo, governments of Ukraine, Moldova, Armenia and Lebanon
- 10+ amendments to the public procurement legislation based on the Center’s research
- 10 000+ procurement managers trained by the Center’s graduates of the Training for Trainers in procurement program
- 2+ Central Purchasing Organizations were established based on the Center’s recommendations
- 2.5 million USD saved through a change in the procurement process as part of the Center’s graduate project.
The Center of Excellence in Procurement was established by the Kyiv School of Economics as a part of the USAID project “Transparency and Accountability in Public Administration and Services/TAPAS”.
