Anna Yuldashova

Senior Researcher for research and analysis in public procurement

Biography

Anna has a PhD in Economics and a Master’s degree in Law. She is the author of a number of scientific works in Ukraine and abroad. Anna has considerable experience in the field of public administration. For the last 12 years, she has devoted the state service. She was the deputy director and acting director of the procurement regulation department of the Ministry of Economy. She was engaged in the “project buildings from scratch”, development of “road maps” and tools, strategic directions and improvement of the sphere of procurement, legal practice, in terms of writing and clarification on procurement legislation, conducting work with international organizations. Also, in 2022, she carried out the examination of anti-corruption legislation.

 

As part of the work of the Center, Anna is engaged in the performance of analytical tasks and research activities, conducting legal analysis of legislative initiatives and legal expertise of current regulatory and legal acts, identification of problems in the field of procurement, their analysis and search for solutions, research and analysis of best international experience and policy in the field.
