Kyiv School of Economics invites to the KSE INSIGHTS with Tom Coupe on evidence-based management. In his presentation, Tom will discuss the principles of Evidence Based Management, how they can be applied to improve your personal decision making skills and how they can be used to improve the performance of your company.
You will learn:
- how to be an evidence-based manager
- how to distinguish hard facts from dangerous half-truths and total nonsense
- how to design your organization to create a corporate culture that supports evidence based decision making
About the speaker:
Tom Coupé holds the position of Associate Professor and Senior Economist at the Kyiv School of Economics.
Tom obtained his Ph.D from the Free University of Brussels (ULB) in 2002. His research interest include economics of education, labor economics and political economics.
Tom regularly writes columns and articles for newspapers and magazines and has done consultancy work for the European Economic Association, Routledge, UNESCO and the World Bank.
The master class will be followed by a short KSE MBA Presentation.
