Yuliya Tychkivska, KSE Vice President, has spoken at Civil Development Forum (FOR) in Poland at Warsaw School of Economics. On November 8, Yuliya took part in the panel, discussing the current challenges and threats to liberty in Central and Eastern Europe, with a special focus on Ukrainian crisis. Key note speaker was Professor Leszek Balcerowicz, former deputy prime minister and minister of finance of Poland and founder of FOR.
The aim of Civil Development Forum (FOR) is to contribute to policy-making through fact-based research and public debate, which as well contributes to KSE Policy Advise.
