- KSE Fundraising Campaign Results
The mission of Kyiv School of Economics is to provide excellence in education and we want to make sure that the most talented students, regardless of their financial ability, have access to KSE’s high quality education.
This year we launched a fundraising campaign for applicants who successfully passed an early admission exam in March 2016. Our goal was to help students to find sponsors to cover their tuition fees and living expenses.
Despite difficult economic situation in the country, we succeeded in attracting a number of private and corporate donations to the designated KSE Scholarship Fund. Although the total amount of collected funds was insufficient to cover full tuition fees for all participants, we are happy to announce that seven top participants with the highest Scholarship Test results received partial financial support in various amounts (from 75% to 18% of tuition fees). In addition, our crowdfunding campaign drew attention of several institutional donors who contributed to the general KSE Scholarship Fund. This allowed us to increase the total number of scholarships in the two-year MA program in Economic Analysis from 10 to 30 and to decrease the tuition fee for the one-year program in Business and Financial Economics from EUR 4,000 to EUR 3,000.
We would like to express our deep gratitude to the following private contributors to KSE crowdfunding campaign:
Viktor Bisovetskyi and Inna Bisovetska
Kateryna TurchynskaTymofiy MylovanovElena BesedinaOlesia Verchenko
Participants of the KSE Leadership in Public Finance ProgramIlona and Dmytro SologubAnna RozdobudkoOlga Kupets
We are grateful to all donors who contribute to KSE and invest in a new generation of economists who will very soon play leading roles in academia, business and government, both in Ukraine and internationally.
