Welcome new member of the Advisory Board to the President

Olena Bilan was appointed a member of the Advisory Board to the President.

Olena graduated from KSE in 2002 after her first diploma from National Technical University of Ukraine ‘Kyiv Polytechnic Institute’.

Olena Bilan has more than ten years’ experience in macroeconomic analysis and forecasting. She worked as a Research Associate in Institute for Economic Research and Policy Consulting in 2002-2005. In 2006 Olena joined Dragon Capital. Since 2010 she is Chief Economist at the company.

Olena is a member of editorial board of VoxUkraine. Olena was named a top-three analyst in the Ukrainian financial market in the Thomson Reuters Extel survey of global institutional investors in 2013 and 2014.
