«Technical barriers to trade and SPS measures and export dynamics» - working paper by Elena Besedina

Elena Besedina, Assistant Professor of Kyiv School of Economics, wrote a working paper for The Norwegian Institute of International Affairs.  The paper investigates how introduction of two types of non-tariff measures, technical barriers to trade (TBT) and sanitary and phytosanitary (SPS) measures, affects exporters in different countries.
