Bhavesh Patel and #ILM in partnership with Kyiv School of Economics invite you to a thinkshop “Leading in a complex world, making uncertainty your friend”.
Questions:
- Do you find yourself working in messy situations that are constantly changing?
- Where your standard solutions don’t work anymore?
- Where decision making becomes difficult because there are no clear solutions or experts to tell you what to do?
- Where your biggest issue to planning is your uncertainty about the future?
If the answer is yes to at least two of those questions, we invite you to our thinkshop “Leading in a complex world, making uncertainty your friend”
This will be more of a ThinkShop than a workshop, offering alternative ways of thinking about complex challenges. There are no methods or tools that you can learn and apply to guarantee success in a complex situation. However, complexity theory and offer principles and practices that allow us to make enough sense to take action in messy situations, to move beyond feeling lost or hopeless.
When: June, 9-10th, 2017
Where: KSE, Kyiv, Ukraine
Who: Whether you are from the NGO, business, or public sector, this ThinkShop is designed for people who work in constantly changing and unpredictable environments.
Program cost:
– 3200 UAH – early birds (till May 25th, 2017)
– 3700 UAH – regular (till June 3rd, 2017)
– 4000 UAH – late fee (after June 3rd, 2017).
