- Transformation Management course for MBA students by Alastair Nicholson
Transformation Management course for MBA students was conducted on last weekend by Alastair Nicholson, Emeritus Professor of Operations and Technology Management at London Business School.
Students learn to carry out transformations in companies and analyzed case studies based on real transformational changes in international corporations: British airways, Nestle and many others. As a result of the course, each student received a clear understanding of systemic changes in the company and a clear strategy for their implementation.
Transformation Management course is based on the newly created course at Oxford University Business School called “Business Transformations and Corporate Turnarounds”. This has been developed and taught by Professor Alastair Nicholson.
The course deals with business situations where major structural reforms are needed to progress towards success
. The course is also based on the experience of working in some 50 company projects in Ukraine (in the period 2005 to 2010), in which EMBA’s from London Business School worked in groups on business development projects.
