Description
The course helps students to understand the specifics of the project activity, learn the skills of design-oriented thinking and the techniques and tools of project planning and management.
Classes will be organized in the training format: a combination of short lecture discussions and work in mini-groups over the through the case, which help to “see” clearly the various stages of project management. Despite the domination of practical work, the course will have the theoretical component, which helps to study the basic approaches to project management, teams and time.
