The course is intended to help students understand the quantitative and qualitative methods used in the study of public policy problems.
The purpose of the course is to form an understanding of the specifics of qualitative and quantitative methods; to provide students with practical skills in using quantitative and qualitative data in public policy, skills of interpretation and use of statistical indicators and other types of static analysis; to learn basics of efficiency analysis; to promote the level of analysis of social problems and ways to solve them.
