He received higher education at the Nikolaev University of Shipbuilding and the University of Technology in Delft (Netherlands).
Work experience:
He worked at Mees Pierson / Fortis Bank in Rotterdam (Netherlands) and London (UK), managed the Swiss consulting company ComFi Solutions SA, managed the Foxtrot group of companies.
From 2014 to 2015 he held the position of First Deputy Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine.
Founder of the Infrastructure Council NGO.
Managed the consultancy project “Trade Finance” of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development for 5 banks in Ukraine in 2005.
