Biography
Ph.D., researcher (Lorraine University, France), founder of the Global Ukraine Foundation (2015) and co-founder of Global Ukrainians Forum (network of Ukrainian leaders, highly educated & globally-connected expatriates),
Violetta is a senior expert on international development, public administration and local self-government reforms, honorary President (founder) of French-Ukrainian NGO Exchanges Lorraine – Ukraine (2004). She has 15 years of professional experience in international development and technical assistance projects (working in European, African, Caribbean and Pacific area countries) in collaboration with ENA Paris, Council of Europe, Inter-American Development Bank, etc.
Also, Violetta is an advisor for International Cooperation of the Chairman of the Ukrainian Parliamentary Committee of Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship, expert for the Support Center of Reforms of the Ukrainian Government.

Global Ukraine
The international organisation Global Ukraine was established and registered in Kyiv at the beginning of 2015, and began to actively develop and popularise the importance of creating a global professional public diplomacy network to promote Ukraine’s interests internationally.
