Main area of work – training and consulting in flow management, based on Theory of Constraints (TOC) and Lean Thinking. From 2008 to 2010 Serhiy was head of Goldratt Schools of Ukraine.

Serhiy is a confirmed project management coach at Edinburgh Business School (Kyiv) and Professor of Operations Management at the Kyiv School of Economics and Lviv Business School at the Ukrainian Catholic University, Professor at the University of St. Thomas (Minneapolis, USA). The focus of his work is the training and flow management consultancy based on the theory of constraints (TOC) and Lean Thinking. Sergey conducts corporate seminars and trainings on managing projects and operations, managing supply chains.

Serhiy conducts corporate seminars and trainings in project and operations management, supply chain management. Among clients there are such companies as: Ferrexpo, Kraft Foods Ukraine, Nestle, Raiffeisen Aval, Luxoft, DTEK (Donbas Fuel-Energy Company), Zaporozhe’s Transformer Plant, IDS (Industrial Distribution Systems, Ukraine), Fast Food Systems (the largest restaurant chain in Ukraine), and others.Serhiy passed trainings in programs of Japan International Cooperation Agency (Japan), Goldratt Schools (Israel), IESE (University of Navarra, Barcelona), OWZ consulting center (Munich), Wayne State University Business School (Detroit, USA) and others.
