Biography

Since 1994 his main areas of activities have been teaching, training and consulting in project and operations management.
In 1996 Serhii accepted the position of Director of the Business School at Lviv Institute of Management (LIM).
In 2004 Serhii was offered the position of Deputy Dean at Kyiv-Mohyla Business School (kmbs). The School of kmbs was recognised as the best business school of Ukraine (2005, 2006, 2007).
As a result, he started a new course for top-managers and business-owners – “Innovations Projects Management,” during which professional business people can develop real technological ideas. His latest professional interests are training and consulting for companies on building world-class operations systems based on Theory of Constraints.
Some of Serhii’s customers were: pharmaceutical corporations, producers of mineral water in Ukraine, the biggest chain of restaurants in Ukraine Fast Food Systems, Avito – a national distributor of Procter and Gamble in Ukraine, Mens – regional distributor of telecommunication equipment, Universal Insurance Company, The Commercial bank PrivatBank, Joint Stock Company Raiffeisen Bank Aval, etc.

Serhii has expertise in business plans, consulting, customer relations, management development, operations management, project management, supply chain management, TOC, training.
