Serhii Tytiuk

Biography

Serhiy Tytiuk graduated from the Kyiv School of Economics, Master’s Program in Public Policy and Governance. At the Center, he conducts data analysis and works as survey specialist. Previously, he worked as a senior researcher at Ipsos, where he was engaged in research for the World Bank, USAID, GIZ, IRI, NDI and other international organizations. Serhiy also works in an international organization that advises international donors on more effective humanitarian aid provision to the population of Ukraine.
