Andrii Onopriienko

Biography

Andrii co-leads the development of new programs and organizational transformation of Policy Research Department. He works closely with project teams within the Centers of KSE Institute and external stakeholders to develop research and consulting products at the highest level.

Andrii also coordinated and was responsible for the development of the Trade+ International Trade Research Center and supported opening of the Macroeconomic Modeling Center in 2020, as well as for the development and implementation of the Centers’ strategies, coordination of all operational and strategic activities of the Centers, control of analytical and research activities of the Centers as well as organizational transformation of the existing Centers and provided additional assistance with opening of the new ones.

Andrii has 5 years of experience as a manager of the Consulting Department at Deloitte, worked for more than 10 years in Western banking groups (Erste, ING, Credit Agricole) and devoted more than 3 years to work with the public sector (SCMU, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Economy) as a project manager in few teams.

Andrii has a master’s degree in financial management (KNEU), obtained a second higher legal education, and completed a Public Policy and Governance Program “Management of Public Finance” at KSE.
