Social media listening – what is it? What is the place of SML projects in business processes? How to implement social media research into your company’s decision-making process? Features of methodology, work with data in social networks, interpretation of results and search of sacred insights from consumers.
The second part of the session will cover Power Pivot / Power Query (or Excel on steroids). Students will be introduced to the Business Metrics Dashboard (DAX) and Life-Cycle Grid. Much of the lesson will be devoted to cohort analysis – how and why to do it, such as churn, LTV, and CAC. Who are the “new” customers, how to evaluate their quality, and why it is important not to forget about the “old” customers.
