Workshop: Retail Revolution

Description

At this seminar, we will consider the strategy, criteria, and tools for building an effective first-class retail network from the first facility to the expansion to other regions, as well as a methodology for choosing the best locations for retail locations and evaluating investment projects. In practice, consider the systematic preparation of a plan for entering the retail market that may be of interest to you (region/city/district).

 

Learning outcomes:

  1. Become acquainted with and will be able to apply the principles of concentration in the development of the retail network
  2. Will learn how to develop the strategy and tactics of building a first-class retail network
  3. Will learn how to evaluate locations and collect data about the competitors; will be able to create own model of locations’ estimation
  4. Consider methods for resolving network conflicts and identifying investment metrics, and will learn how to evaluate such projects
  5. Will consider approaches to market analysis and preparation of an outlet plan for other regions (country/region/city/district)
  6. Will get to know how to build an effective network development team
  7. Will get to know the life-hacks on retail network development and management

Information about the Speaker

Oleg Zubchenok, Vice-President of the Oil and Gas Association of Ukraine, alumni KSE MBA

 

  • Has 13 years of experience in business development, operations and sales in top positions at Shell Ukraine

 

  • Certified Project Manager, Investment Projects Specialist

 

  • Graduated with honors, MBA at Kyiv School of Economics (KSE); has two more degrees in business economics and biophysics

  • Developed a 5-year business scaling strategy for Shell Turkey
