Description

In today’s competitive world, the need to innovate is clear. However, the road from concept to commercialization is usually challenging. This course is aimed to provide a clear understanding of:

  • how to find, develop, and evaluate your idea;
  • transform the concept into a concrete business plan;
  • build a culture of innovation that promotes innovation.

 

The course is built on a carefully selected mix of teaching methods to explain the concepts, tools, and techniques, and consists of 6 blocks.

After the successful completion of the course the participants will get a certificate.

  • Create internal innovation (intrapreneurship) programs and built a culture of innovation
  • Engage startups and the wider public with open innovation initiatives
  • Deploy design thinking, value proposition design and other frameworks for creating innovative solutions
