A good candidate in consultancy is expected to show sound reasoning in dealing with complicated problems. The best candidate should also be able to solve such problems timely.
While there is no universal technique, how to get the right answer under time pressure, practice becomes crucial to develop this skill.
That is why we are opening our new season with completely new type of practice – Speed-Solving:
– participants give prepared cases to each other
– for solving a case a participant has 10 minutes, plus 5 minutes to discuss the solution with his partner
– when solved each other’s case, participants switch to another partner.
With such a new format, we continue our series of meetings, devoted to developing interviewing skills and meeting new partners for case interview preparation.
