Natalia Strelkova – HR and Social Policy Director of Metinvest Group. Natalia has multi year professional experience in the sphere of HR management. She was in charge of HR functions at big international companies, such as MTS, Yukos, ESN Group of companies. Natalia studied nuclear physics at Moscow Institute of Engineering and Physical Science, organizational psychology at Moscow University of Mikhail Lomonosov and received MBA degree at IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland.
