Annual Kyiv Employer Branding & Engagement Forum 2014 in partnership with KSE

Kyiv Employer Branding & Engagement Forum 2014 – is a unique event for Ukrainian market, created for effective dialogue on topics of branding, reputation and communications of the employer at the levels from the state to business, and for discussing efficient tools of employees’ attraction. On November 27-28th, 2014  KEBEF 2014 for the third time will bring together on one platform Ukrainian and foreign experts – top managers and leaders in their fields, experts in human resources management, marketing, communications, and representatives of education institutions and public authorities, in the center of Kyiv – Museum “Spiritual Treasures of Ukraine”.

Traditionally combining different formats – practical cases and strategies, experience and innovation, the traditional and creative approach – KEBEF 2014 is to seek answers to the key questions and challenges. During fundamental changes of the whole country and each of us, KEBEF 2014 is called to find new solutions, approaches and tools.

What has really changed events on Maidan for business? What has changed in employees’ perception on familiar things and whether it changed at all? How to motivate employees in a time of difficult changes? Should the corporate culture reflect the changes in the outlook of employees? Will the government reforms open up new opportunities in talent management?
