Antitrust and regulations

Description

The class will examine current economic thinking behind a) competition (“antitrust”) lawenforcement, b) regulation, and c) the deregulation and/or restructuring of traditionally regulated sectors. Examples from laws and experience from the US, the EU, Ukraine, Russia, and Central Europe will be emphasized.
