Ivan Stefanec, member of the European Parliament visited KSE

On Dec.9 we had great pleasure to welcome at the Kyiv School of Economics member of the European Parliament Ivan Stefanec. He took part in the public discussion regarding conditions for a business-friendly environment in Ukraine together with Denys Gursky, founder and CEO of 1991 incubator and Tymofiy Mylovanov, Honorary President of KSE.
Ukraine should start with privatization as soon as possible, as it will help the business environment significantly and also use its most important potential – the people, according to Mr. Stefanec. The tax reform and energy efficiency policy should be among the next steps, if Ukraine wants to move forward, according to him. During his visit to Kyiv Mr. Stefanec also participated in the presentation of the report on Association Agreement implementation prepared by Ukrainian Center for European Policy.
Mr. Stefanec visited Kyiv within the frame of #UkraineReforms project, which was launched in 2014 by Wilfried Martens Centre for European Studies in partnership with Kyiv School of Economics, Reanimation Package of Reforms and Stronger Together to support and promote reforms in Ukraine.
