Biography

Vladyslav Shymanskyi is a Data Analyst at the Center for Sociological Research on Decentralization and Regional Development at the KSE Institute. He received an M.A. in Economic Analysis from Kyiv School of Economics (Ukraine, 2023). He has contributed to a number of projects from World Bank, IFC, NDI, IRI, ICRC, DOBRE / USAID, GIZ, Sayara International and others.
