About
Mr Bizyayev has over 12 years of experience in Ukrainian healthcare financing, management, statistical analysis, and research.
Over the course of his distinguished career in health economics related projects, he has developed a sound understanding of Ukraine’s health landscape and its stakeholders.
In his roles as a public health and medical statistic professional he was a member of the MOH of Ukraine Council on E-health, assisted with the development and analysis of healthcare-related legal and regulatory documents, conducted surveys in the area of health economics, provided monitoring and evaluation support to a number of Ukraine international health projects at the national and sub-national levels, evaluated healthcare financing statistical data.
He served as the KSE Research Data Center Director at Kyiv School of Economics. Mr Bizyayev holds a Masters in Economics from Odesa state economics university.
