Olga is the Provost for Research and honored professor at Ukrainian-American Concordia University and a professor of Kyiv School of Economics. Olga’s academic experience is 14 years. She is the author of twenty five academic publications in national and international refereed journals including the international database journals. Dr. Verkhohlyad is an expert in employee development and evaluation via the Assessment Center method and holds Assessment and Development Centers Certificate from SHL Ukraine.
Dr Verkhohlyad’s expertise in management of international accreditation obtainment is proven by a number of successful processes with FIBAA accreditation (Germany) and CEEMAN accreditation (Slovenia). Her research interests are individual and group human capital, national socio-economic development through human capital development.
Olga Verkhohlyad received her Ph.D. degree in Educational Administration from Texas A&M University. She also holds International Transfer Pricing Certificate from the Business School and Certificate in Advanced International Affairs from the School of Governance and Public Service at Texas A&M University.
