Biography

Adviser to the Prime Minister of Ukraine. Member of the Supervisory Board of NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine. Was the Deputy Minister of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine for European Integration. She coordinated projects aimed at harmonization of Ukrainian energy legislation with EU legislation and maintained liaison with international financial organizations and other stakeholders. 

She worked in the Administration of the President of Ukraine, in particular, held the position of Adviser to the Administration. Also, was an adviser to the Prime Minister of Ukraine Oleksiy Honcharuk. 

She was the project manager for energy reform of the National Reform Council chaired by the President of Ukraine. Then she worked as the National Reform Council Support Manager, coordinating the activities of the Project Office and stakeholders in prioritizing reforms, planning, advocacy, and approving policy documents.

Also worked as a legal and energy consultant in both private and public sectors. 

Since 2017 – member of the Bureau of the UN Sustainable Energy Committee.

In 2011, she graduated from the Faculty of Law of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv with a master’s degree in law with honors. She studied at the Faculty of Law of the Humboldt University of Berlin on an Erasmus scholarship in the program “German and EU Law” and at the Institute of Energy Economics, Japan – IEEJ/Japan International Cooperation Agency – JICA on “Energy Policy B” Program.
