Joachim Bentz

Biography

In his current role as Managing Partner of ISD Group, one of the best creative digital agencies in Eastern Europe, Joachim is responsible for developing the business outside of Ukraine. Before joining ISD Group Joachim has been heading the Ukrainian Business Intelligence Team at Imperial Tobacco where he has been responsible for several Eastern European markets. Simultaneously he has been steering the cross-functional business transformation team which implemented a new operating model in all spheres of its business. In his roles as Marketing Director for Imperial Tobacco and Beiersdorf Ukraine Joachim has not only successfully grown sales & market share but optimized marketing investments and continuously developed the local teams.

Joachim received best-in-class education in Germany (Hamburg, School of Business Administration), Finnland (Helsinki, Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences) and the USA (Boston, Harvard Business School).
