Biography
Anna Bilous was an Associate Lecturer at the Kyiv School of Economics from 2017 to 2022. During this period, she played an active role in shaping and developing the Master of Public Policy (MPP) programme and delivered lectures in public policy, development economics, globalisation and governance.
Anna is currently a Policy Analyst at the OECD, where she works on infrastructure governance and public procurement, having previously worked at the World Bank on governance, public investment and infrastructure policy.
