- Project «Provision of Support to the Partnership for Transparency Fund to train Ukrainian Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in Procurement Monitoring»
Procurement is one of the main points of reforms agenda in Ukraine that requires constant monitoring.
This capacity building project was funded by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the Partnership for Transparency Fund (PTF) based in Washington DC and implemented by PTF, in partnership with KSE in Ukraine. PTF and KSE will create a training course on procurement monitoring for civil society organizations in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Based on the information obtained from the ProZorro system and applying best international practices of procurement monitoring KSE will develop tools designed to help civil society to monitor the public sector. The project will target civil society organizations and activists all over Ukraine who are:
- engaged in anti-corruption activities or monitoring public procurement transactions,
- CSOs not already engaged in such activities but having interest and potential to develop expertise in monitoring public procurement transactions,
- journalists who work in areas related to corruption investigation or, preferably, monitoring of public procurement.
Within the framework of this project, the Monitoring Public Procurement in Ukraine: Guidelines and Resources for Civil Society was developed. Version in Ukrainian, version in English.
