Ukraine ranked 71st among 190 countries in the Doing Business 2019 ranking. It is 5 times higher than last year but still insufficient. The nearest neighbors of Ukraine – Poland, Russia, Belarus, and Slovakia – are at 33, 31, 37 and 42 places respectively. What is Ukraine missing now? Where to go?
