There are more than 3000 state-owned enterprises in Ukraine. State-owned enterprises are less efficient than private enterprises, they are also may appear as a source of corruption. Moreover, the state support distorts the competition. Privatization is an effective way to solve these problems. But do all enterprises need to be privatized?
