This year KSE has launched the first ever Master of Business and Management in Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics (MBAI) program. This master program is about data- and AI-driven decision making combined with business and management skills. The program is 12 months long, but we give you an opportunity to join one of the courses of the Program!
Course name: Data Analytics and AI – Legal, Regulatory and Ethical Issues

Lecturer: Olha Senyshyn, a lawyer with Levine Associates, a boutique firm in downtown Toronto
Brief description: The purpose of the course is to explore legal and regulatory issues surrounding the challenges associated with AI, Data analytics and emerging new technologies. You will learn about legal frameworks and regulatory requirements for applying data analytics and increasing use of AI. During this course the participants will critically explore the limits and the potential for the law to respond to the rapid pace of technological change.
