Finance club: Meeting with National Westminster Bank Poland

National Westminster Bank is part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group. Established in 1968, it has become a major retail and commercial bank in the United Kingdom and now it covers 7.5 million personal customers and 850.000 small business accounts.

Head of NatWest Poland Neil Walker arrives to Ukraine to tell you about the bank`s structure, it`s principles of work and challenges for the team. Also he reveals some secrets on how to build a career in international bank.

After the lecture you will have the practical workshop National Westminster Bank Poland have prepared for you. It will be held in form of quiz named «Ethical Conundrum». That`s a business game about ethical standards is financial sphere.

Also at the meeting you will have an opportunity to meet representatives of leadership team of the bank, find out how it works and ask your questions on the following topic.

About the speaker: Neil joined RBS Group, a Global Bank with just under 2000 staff in Poland, in October 2006 after graduating from UEA with a BSc (Hons) Applied Computing and a MA Economics & International Relations. Neil has had a number of Senior roles across the bank in different countries.

Neil moved to Poland with his wife and young son in May 2017. Neil also has a MSc Facilities and Environmental Management from UCL and is a keen sportsman and runner.
