We are pleased to invite you to the open lecture with Volodymyr Kruglov, CTO and founder of PsyQuation, on “Behavioral Finance in the Wild“.

Volodymyr will discuss how human irrational behavior could be observed in the wild conditions of financial markets. He will touch on overconfidence and overleverage, news trading, disposition effect. He will demonstrate some of these biases on the database of real retail trading accounts. Volodymyr will conclude with a profitable trading strategy based on a persisting anomaly in the trading behavior.

About the speaker:
Volodymyr is a CTO and founder of PsyQuation. Prior to joining PsyQuation Vladimir was a head of research of RAPA CapIntro and a CTO of FundSeeder – online capital introduction platforms. Vladimir holds a PhD degree in Mathematics from Kharkiv National University.
