4 years ago Volodymyr Pyrozhenko together with 2 partners launched an ecommerce shopping club focusing on home decoration and accessories hilt.com.ua. The team attracted seed funding from a leading Polish venture fund. Volodymyr has profound knowledge of Ukrainian ecommerce market and investor community and experience of leading the company through the turmoil of the economic crisis in Ukraine.

Volodymyr Pyrozhenko got an MBA in strategy, finance and marketing at Kellogg School of Management, Illinois, USA. Volodymyr began a business career in 1995 in UkrAvto as development manager of dealer network. He was responsible for developing a network of Nissan in Ukraine. In 1997, he moved to Software MacKiev –
IT start-up that is specializing in the creation of software for Mac OS, where he was fully responsible for the company’s development. Under his leadership the company has grown to 40 people. In 1998, Volodymyr joined the KPMG company, where he specialized in financial auditing and consulting. From 2001 to 2003 Vladimir managed direction of the financial restructuring in the World Bank project. In 2005, after the end of the MBA program at Kellogg School of Management in the United States and work on projects for the restructuring of the company Volodymyr led one of the leading positions in the Department of advisory services at KPMG. In September 2006, Vladimir, in cooperation with other managers of strategic consulting department (KPMG) founded and became a partner of Strategy Foresight company, where he led strategic planning and direction of the business restructuring. During his tenure Volodymyr implemented more than 40 projects in the areas of strategy, business restructuring, sale and purchase of companies.
