Kyiv School of Economics providing academic support to the “New Economic Formation” competition of economics essays

To the attention of economics students, young scientists and practitioners!
 
Raiffeisen Bank Aval, with information support of the Dzerkalo Tyzhnya newspaper and academic support of the Kyiv School of Economics, announces a competition of bright economic ideas – “New Economic Formation”.
 
The competition is open to essays on development of the national economy in general and the banking sector in particular.
 
Essays must be submitted to [email protected] by 30 April, 2012.  Submissions should be written in Ukrainian and contain not more than 10,000 characters (including spaces).
 
Competition winners will be selected by a distinguished jury comprised of:

• Bohdan Havrylyshyn, Chair of Advisory Board, MIM-Kyiv;
• Volodymyr Lavrenchuk, Chairman of the Board, Raiffeisen Bank Aval;
• Yuliya Mostova, Editor-in-Chief, Dzerkalo Tyzhnya newspaper;
• Denys Nizalov, Academic Director, Kyiv School of Economics;
• Dmytro Solohub, Head of Analysis and Research Department, Raiffeisen Bank Aval.

 
Three winners of the competition will be awarded with money prizes: 15.000 UAH for the first place; 10.000 UAH for the second place, and 5.000 UAH for the third place.
 
Best essays will be published in the Dzerkalo Tyzhnya newspaper along with the winners’ interviews.
