• Identify the boundaries of business processes, distinguish areas of responsibility
• Create process models
• Determine indicators to monitor, control and assess performance of business processes
• Perform process analysis and discover opportunities for process transformation
• Prioritize process transformation initiatives in the company’s portfolio
