On April 24, KSE campus will launch the course “Artificial Intelligence: Overview & Business Applications” by the Chief Science Officer of Aktana, an American startup that helps companies implement customer solutions using AI.

Pini Ben-Or has dedicated most of his career to improving business decisions with advanced analytics and machine learning, and he will soon share his knowledge in Kyiv.

What will you learn during the course?

• State of AI in academia vs. business
• Structure and mathematics of machine learning algorithms
• Artificial intelligence and decision theory with examples
• Modern AI technologies – platforms, open source, hardware
• Advanced programs: NLP and LLM (large language models), chat AI and multimedia AI
• Practical challenges in managing AI development and deployment
• Ethical issues related to the development and deployment of artificial intelligence

What will you get from studying?

You will understand and be able to evaluate the practice of AI application as well as the impact of artificial intelligence on society in the light of the latest innovations in AI technologies. 

At the end of the course, you will create your own product using the tools presented during the training. It can be a website, slideshow, article, or other product.

Extensive programming experience or skills are not required. However, basic programming experience (such as involved in using Excel) is a must.
