- Ex-Prime Minister of Slovenia: I don’t see the reasons for new revolution in Ukraine
As a part of #UkraineReforms project, the Kyiv School of Economics continues publishing video podcasts with successful reformers from neighboring countries. Now there is enough political will to conduct reforms in Ukraine, according to former Prime Minister of Slovenia Alojz Peterle.
“I don’t see the reasons for the new revolution. The key political change was made. Ukraine has democratically elected parliament and government,” – Mr.Peterle noted. Though, political stability is needed to conduct the necessary reforms, which will create favorable conditions for economic growth, according to Mr.Peterle.
#UkraineReforms was launched in November 2014 by Wilfried Martens Centre for European Studies in partnership with Kyiv School of Economics, Reanimation Package of Reforms and Stronger Together.
