KSE MBA students visited ARCE contact center

On Wednesday, August 26, the first group of  KSE MBA students started Live Case preparetion from visit to professional outsourcing contact center ARCE. They met and networked with TOP managers of the company.

Co-owners Oleg Miroshnichenko, who is responsible for sales, and Vladimir Melnik, who is in charge of financial issues, shared their experience of building and managing company in modern conditions of Ukrainian business environment.

Their colleague Vera Rodionova told how the internal and external marketing works out in ARCE. She also shared with our students the structure and key pionts of staff development programs that are used in company.
