Pace of reforms decelerated considerably

Latest “Index for Monitoring Reforms” (IMoRe) was prepared by VoxUkraine experts including KSE alumni and researchers. The main goal of the Index is to inform society about the speed and direction of Ukraine’s reforms.
Overall, the pace of reforms remains too slow to provide effective transformation of the economy.
