George Logush revealed the secret of “How to get to the Top fast” at the Kyiv Post Employment Fair

George Logush, President of Kyiv School of Economics, gave valuable advice on “How to get to the Top fast”:
- Your burning desire! If you want to make the way to the top, you must really want that!
- Eager to knowledge. To become the chief controller of the company, you need to be an expert in several areas, be flexible and always learn something new. Knowledge should be specific and complete. You should be able to think systematically. At the Top you have to know the whole picture of the organization.
- Do not miss any opportunity.
- Your personality. You should be able to work hard. Without hard work you won’t reach the top. But from time to time it is necessary to break off and clear your mind. The best time for that is sleeping. It synthesizes knowledge.
- Team. You need to be honest and fair with people you work. Form like-minded people with the same values that will form the corporate culture.
- Do not make enemies. Do not burn bridges. You have to understand your boss, what he wants from his team. Business is a collaboration, side-by-side team.
- Treat others the way you want to be treated. Delegate, give people space.
