- KSE Career Development Workshop with Serhiy Gvozdiov
The Kyiv School of Economics is organizing a number of one day workshops that will provide students with skills and tools to successfully enter the labor market and put their career on a fast track.
A first workshop will be held at KSE (conference room, 1st floor, Yakira 13) on Saturday, May 11, starting 11.00 to 17.30 and be dedicated to the topic “How to Become a Perfect Project Manager?” The workshop will be conducted by Dr. Serhiy Gvozdiov, KSE Business Professor. The following topics will be covered during the workshop:
- Why do we need both operations and project management
- Meaningful projects – link between strategy and projects
- Project planning – typical mistakes
- Project execution – Le roi est mort, vive le roi!
- Working in multi-project environment. Simulation game Reflection on learnings.
Participation fee: UAH 500
The participation fee includes teaching materials and coffee-breaks. A teaching schedule can be found here.
The language of the instruction is Ukrainian.
Serhiy Gvozdiov is a Business Professor of the Kyiv School of Economics. Dr. Gvozdiov’s main area of work includes training and consulting in flow management, based on Theory of Constraints (TOC) and Lean Thinking. Serhiy conducts corporate seminars and trainings in project and operations management, supply chain management. His clients include: Kraft Foods Ukraine, Nestle, Raiffeisen Aval, Luxoft, DTEK, Zaporozhe’s Transformer Plant, IDS, Fast Food Systems (the largest restaurant chain in Ukraine), and others.
