Presentation topic: Results of the Foresight “Human Capital of Ukraine 2025”

In the times of great economic, social and political uncertainty classic elements of long-term forecasting are not valid, but the need of prediction and designing the future is getting more urgent. Foresight is the method of working with future that combines solutions of research and management issues in the terms of uncertainty. The report is dedicated to the results of the Foresight “Human Capital of Ukraine 2025” which was carried out last year. The research aim was to distinguish major trends in the transformation of the Ukrainian human capital and develop probable development scenarios, as well as strategic project initiatives which can bring certain changes.

About the speaker: Valeriy Pekar – businessman with 20 years of experience, President of the “Euroindex”. He is the author of more than 250 articles on management, marketing, information technologies, and futurology. Valeriy Pekar is a team member of ”VikiCityNomica” which deals with research in the sphere of social technologies and system integration of civic societies.
