Column by Mykhaylo Salnykov for Investgazeta

Mykhaylo Salnykov, Professor and Business Development Director  at Kyiv School of Economics, wrote an article for Investgazeta where he studied how rational the carbon tax introduction might be in both developed countries like the USA and EU states and in countries of rapid economic growth – China, Brazil and India.

In his column Mykhaylo Salnykov suggests arguments against alike taxes and explains why similar initiatives do not contribute significantly to addressing climate change issues.
