- Pavlo Kulynych
Pavlo Kulynych has worked for more than 30 years as a researcher in the field of land and agrarian law and a consultant of international technical assistance (USAID, World Bank) on the formation of land and agricultural policy, agrarian reform and land relations and legislation in the context of the market economy establishment in Ukraine.
He has a significant experience in law-drafting. Mr Kulynych is one of the developers of the Land Code of Ukraine and other laws on the land and agrarian issues (laws “On the farm”, “On the order of allotment in kind (afield) to land owners of land shares”, “On Protection of Citizens’ Constitutional rights to land”, etc).
Pavlo Kulynych is the Doctor of Law, Professor in the field of agrarian, land, natural resources and environmental law (Institute of the State and Law of V.Koretskiy of NAS of Ukraine, 2012). He was awarded with the Yaroslav the Wise Award of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (2003, 2009), Award of M.Vasylenko of NAS of Ukraine (2006) and Honorary Diploma of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (2009) for his achievement in research of land and agrarian law current issues.
Author of 450 scientific papers in the field of land, agricultural and environmental law, including the monograph “Legal problems of protection and use of agricultural land in Ukraine” (Kyiv: Logos, 2011, 688 p.).
