Ph.D. in Finance, Associate Professor. Winner of the OSA Award for Young Scientists (2017). The area of ​​interest – public finance. Yuriy has published more than 50 scientific papers, including publications in journals included in international databases. Participant of AIESEC (Youth Financial Literacy) and ERASMUS + internships (experience exchange and conducted lectures in EU). Active volunteering (participation in Eurovision 2005, UEFA EURO-2012, etc.). Permanent participant in trainings and events by KSE, British Council, UCU and others.

Yuriy is a graduate of the Kyiv School of Economics – two medium-term educational programs – Public Policy Analysis: From Theory to Action (2018) and Public Finance Management (2018-2019), as well as two short- Quantitative and Qualitative Methods of Policy Analysis (2017) and the Economic Dimension of Public Policy (2017). Works as Policy Advisor (local finance). Yuriy has experience of advising on the organization of the local finance system during the decentralization process.
